Harvey has no fixed email template: the Writer composes each message from
these prompt and skill files, so this is where tone, structure and CTA
actually live. Edits apply to the next cycle — the files are read per
call, nothing needs restarting. Every save keeps a timestamped backup in
data/template-backups/.
Verify an email list
One address per line, up to 50 a go. Stage one is a free MX lookup that
discards domains which accept no mail at all; stage two spends a Reoon
credit (600/month) to check the mailbox itself. MX alone only proves the
domain can receive mail — it says nothing about whether that
person exists, which is why the second stage matters before sending.
Checking writes nothing and mails nobody.
Instagram handles — queued for resolution
One per line: @handle, handle, or a profile URL.
Nothing is scraped from Instagram — a handle gets resolved to the
account's bio-link website, and that website is what Harvey reads for
named people and verified addresses. Queued here until resolved.
Sources — companies for Harvey to scrape
One website or domain per line. Harvey's Scout reads each company's own
site (team, about, contact pages), extracts named people, and verifies
every address through Reoon before it can be mailed. Social profiles are
rejected — Instagram and the rest serve a login wall to a server, so a
row pointing at one would never produce anything.
